We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and highly organised Office Administrator to manage the smooth day-to-day running of our school office. This key position supports the Principal, staff, students, and whānau and is central to how our school operates.
This is a term-time only position, Monday–Thursday, 8.30am–2.30pm (24 hours per week).
Front office reception and communication with families and visitors
Financial and payroll administration
Student enrolments, attendance, and data management
Preparation of newsletters, notices, and Board documents
Ordering and managing office and classroom supplies
First aid, wellbeing support, and general school administration
Coordination of key school events and certificates (Ag Day, athletics, prizegiving)
Has experience in administration or finance (school experience an advantage)
Is accurate, well organised, and confident using digital systems
Communicates clearly and maintains confidentiality
Enjoys being part of a small, positive school community
Holds or is willing to gain a current First Aid Certificate
The role is covered by the Support Staff in Schools’ Collective Agreement, with pay reflecting experience and qualifications.
A December 2025 handover period is available for the successful applicant.
